Ive been an entertainer since i was a young kid growing up in Las Vegas. I began as a young magician and juggler. As a teen I moved to Connecticut and continued to evolve as an entertainer. I honed my skills as a stilt walker, unicyclist, break dancer and comedian. After school I began traveling the country as a street performer working crowd participation and high energy physical routines into my act. I also spent several years developing and starring in stage shows on the Theme Park, Fair, and Festival circuits. I am a well rounded performer with a knack for pleasing a crowd.

I offer an entertaining "living room - back yard" birthday party show for kids and their families at a discounted price. Often times I am asked to perform a specific routine for a short period of time in support of another artist or to open for another performer.

An event planner may need 10 minutes of a balancing act as part of their themed wedding or a choreographer may need 5 minutes of unicycling during their troops performance. A producer may need a juggler to accompany a symphony or a fire breather during a heavy metal performance.

Sometimes I will be asked to perform an opening act for another comedian, magician, or performance artist and am happy to do so..

Crowd Strolling / Freestyle

I am sometimes asked by amusement parks and organizers of fairs, festivals, and events to wander the crowd and deliver impromptu performances throughout the course of a day(s), a week, or a season. This kind of performance is more laid back and audience oriented. Experienced event organizers sometimes use me to gather crowds at certain areas of an event at certain times for certain reasons.

Children's Workshops

I really enjoy teaching and entertaining kids at schools, camps, and youth centers. My workshops are geared toward the kindergarten to 8th grade kids. I will consider older students and special needs kids but in smaller groups(5-6). I also offer private juggling and unicycling lessons for groups of 1-4. I offer the three workshops below and will be happy to customize them for your group(s).

High Energy Performance Workshop for Children

These exercise oriented workshops are well received by kids, teachers, counselors, and parents alike. Sure to get the kids hearts pumping and faces smiling. I try to engage the kids in a celebration of music, dance, aerobics, performance art and just plain clowning around.

A one of a kind experience every time. I try to gauge the mood and abilities of the kids as well as the limitations and features of the location to determine exactly what we will do but it usually involves things like:

I price these workshops based on hour long sessions. Sessions (with the same group) of more than one hour should result in a group performance. "Jason Pipitone's High Energy Performance Workshop for Children" works best with class sizes of 15-30, maybe a bit more.

Youth Juggling Workshop

I begin with a short performance followed by group instruction and then hands on ,one on one, training.

Kids get the most from these juggling workshops in smaller groups and or for longer durations.

Priced per hour with a $5.00 per kid surcharge for juggling gear which the kids can keep.

Intro to Magic Workshop

I begin by performing a short entertaining magic show with some illusions and card and coin tricks some of which I will proceed to teach the children.

Kids just love being able to leave the workshop and perform tricks on their friends and family members.

Stage Shows

I have developed and starred in many exciting, high energy, Vegas style variety shows. These shows are generally themed and performed over a run of weeks or months and usually involve an ensemble cast as well as custom stage design, props, costumes, etc.. I currently perform or have recently performed at:

Playland amusement park in Westchester NY.
Branson Star Theatre in Branson MO.
Kennywood amusement park in Pittsburgh PA.

Entertaining stage shows need time for scheduling, planning, rehearsal, etc.. Be sure to contact me for availability as early in the process as possible.
